Fagging, Pedophilia and The Shakespeare Effect
A Midsummer Night's Nightmare
A sculpture based on the The Tempest that portrays Prospero and Ariel and strongly suggests pedophilia, displayed since the 1930’s at at entrance to BBC headquarters, and which was attacked and damaged during a massive demonstration against Covid tyranny, has been repaired and replaced with a protective covering. The artist of the sculpture, Eric Gill, was later revealed to be a horrifying pedophile who raped his own children, yet the BBC has refused to remove the sculpture after the debased activities of the artist were revealed, and the sulpture ws attcked for good reason.
It so happens that the real author of the The Tempest, Francis Bacon, was also a pedophile. From his most recent biography:

It so happens that sexual abuse of boys was a feature of the Elizabethan stage, and one reason the Puritans shut down the London theaters after removing the head of King Charles I. Apparently it was an open secret.

That would be Oberon making the demand of Titania, for no discernible reason, in the play A Midsummer Night’s Dream. Huh! Well, that’s probably just a coincidence!
Ya just CANNOT MAKE THIS STUFF UP. Why doesn’t the BBC take down the statue, especially since it is so suggestive of pedophilia? What is it with the UK and pedophilia? It’s the Shakespeare effect. Big-time Shakespeare scholars like Stephen Orgel, who link The Tempest to A Midsummer Night’s Dream, now admit that A Midsummer Night’s Dream depicts homosexual pederasty in Oberon’s demand of Titania to “give me the boy”. There is plenty of beastiality, partner swapping, homosexuality and drug-induced trauma bonding in the play as well, and even implied child trafficking. The play is also about the relationship of myth, imagination, poetry, theater and dreams to reality, not to mention the maintanence of a patriarchal control system. Popularly known as a play about love and marriage, it is often performed by schoolchildren because it’s has faeries and music. Oh, and its a comedy. Although I’ve done three podcasts on MND, I’m in the process of doing one more massive deep dive into this all-important play, perhaps the most popular of all the Shakespeare plays.

FAGGING
Fagging was a traditional practice in British public schools (elite private schools in America) and also at other elite boarding schools, whereby younger pupils were required to act as personal servants to the eldest boys. Although probably originating earlier, the first accounts of fagging appeared in the late 17th century. Fagging sometimes involved physical abuse and/or sexual abuse…the practice continued in some institutions until the end of the 20th century. Though most public schools were originally founded under true charitable purposes for poor pupils, by the modern age conversely they have become elite institutions and are associated with the ruling class. THE HISTORY BOYS is a popular award winning play and film from 2006-2008 that makes a sincere case for the acceptance of pedophilia in Britain’s elite schools. Yup.
